License

Agentych grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software. A Pro purchase may be activated on up to three computers owned or primarily used by you.

Your agents and projects

You remain responsible for the prompts you send, agent services you connect, changes agents make, and backups of your work. Review generated changes before relying on them.

Availability

The software and Remote service are provided as available. Network routes, third-party agent services, and platform services may be interrupted.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass license limits, disrupt the Remote service, access another person’s device, or use Agentych unlawfully.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agentych is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
